The SocializedHR Dashboard is a candidate CRM delivered as a lightweight software-as-a-service. It can completely satisfy the needs of a smaller organization, or can be used as an input system to a larger applicant tracking system. The Dashboard stays in perfect synchronization with ResuReader, so all candidates created or assessed in the field can be accessed by any authorized user from the Dashboard – and any changes made on the Dashboard are reflected on all ResuReader devices. The Dashboard is also the place where Social Identity Reports are accessed and stored, so that all information about a candidate – that supplied by the candidate, that added by the organization, and that generated by Social Identity Reports, are available together. Other features include full search capabilities, importing and exporting candidates to standard file formats, and multi-media support.
