Recruiters can dramatically reduce their time spent managing candidate data and improve results with ResuReaderTM by VeechiTM Corp. ResuReaderTM, with patents pending, is the leading efficiency tool for on-to-go recruiters. Now, where a candidate hands you a resume at a career fair, you use ResuReader on an iPhone and take a picture of the document, and the data on it is then organized into text fields such as personal info, experience and education. Next, take a photo of the candidate, which becomes part of ResuReader record. While you’re interviewing and taking notes on the iPhone, everything is automatically and securely saved on your iPhone and uploaded to your Veechi SocializedHR.com site. Your candidate file is ready and workable in the field and at the office.

ResuReader is capable of operating as a standalone app, or can be combined with the Veechi SocializedHR.com cloud software to offer on the spot data acquisition and organization integrated with powerful social identity reporting and a desktop database to save time and find top candidates. ResuReader can be used by an individual, a small company, or a large corporate HR department, and provides new capabilities that streamline and strengthen the recruitment process.

How ResuReader works:

  • A photo is taken of a paper resume with the iPhone’s built-in camera
  • The photo is transmitted to the ResuReader data server
  • The Photo goes through an OCR process where it is converted into editable text
  • The text is ”parsed“ into standard database fields
  • The data is transmitted to the iPhone and to the private website for your company at SocializedHR.com
